Who is Tranzacta?
Tranzacta is the fast, flexible source of business finance for all UK businesses. We work with a wide range of industries except for gambling, adult and lending. Businesses use us for all sorts of different purposes, from bridging short-term cash-flow gaps, to investing in inventory, to investing in new equipment or for renovations.
How do I apply?
Sign up online and a member of our team will be in touch to take you through the short process.
What documents are required?
As with all funding applications, we will need to see some basic documents. These documents will allow us to get a good understanding of your business. If the business is trading for minimum12 months and financial documents are available then you will have better chance of quick approval.
How quickly can I get an advance for my business?
Applying for an advance only takes a few minutes. Once we have your application form and requested documents we will be able to fund your bank account within 2 hours.
Will a credit check be done?
Credit check is a standard process. By completing our application form you authorise us to conduct business and personal credit checks. However, note this will not leave any footprint on your personal credit file.
Who can apply for funding?
We're happy to consider a wide range of businesses, provided you’ve been in business for a minimum of 12 months. However, you must have a UK-based business and operate as a limited company.
Is this a new form of business borrowing?
No, cash flow lending has been available to larger companies for many years, however, it is relatively new for small companies.
The founders of Tranzacta are small business owners and therefore are very familiar with the day to day challenges that small businesses face, especially when looking for funding.
Are there any application fees?
There are no fees to apply.
We are completely different from a bank?
We are fast, efficient and friendly. You won't have to spend months trying to understand the ever changing requirements of the bank and then to be turned down at the last minute. You will not deal with a call centre. You will have one account manager who will be your principal contact. They will take you from application, to approval and they will work with you when you need additional funding.
How much can I borrow?
We will approve your business for £2,500 to £150,000. Your funding limit is typically around one month’s credit and debit card revenue. As your business grows, we are happy to increase this limit and provide you with further funds.
What is the term of the funding?
There is no term! As we deduct our payments from your daily card machine’s revenue/transactions, we simply get paid whenever you make a sale.
The faster you pay back the advance the cheaper it is.
Can I top up my loan?
So long as your business performance continues to be strong and you have made repayments we are happy to top up your existing loan.
Can I apply for more money once my first advance has finished?
Of course. We want to help you grow your business.
Simply get in touch with your relationship manager and they will be happy to help.
What if I am not eligible yet?
No worries, we’re happy to take a closer look at your business.
Give us a call on 020-7965-7530 and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.
Is your funding secured?
No. Tranzacta offers unsecured funding with no asset requirements, but we do ask for personal guarantees.
How much does your interest cost?
Interest rates vary from 2% to 6% per month. Sign up to receive a tailored offer, with no obligation to proceed. Interest accrues daily which means you only pay for each day you have the funds. For example a business on a 5% monthly rate would only pay £1.67 per day for every £1,000 they had outstanding.
What will happen if I don't want to change my credit card processor?
No worries; we are open to discussion for an alternative payment arrangement such as direct debit to your bank account or debit cards. In Tranzacta, we continue to look for other alternatives to cater to your credit or debit payment methods every day.
How do I make repayments?
An agreed flat rate percentage of your credit/debit cards sales which will be deducted to pay back your advance. You keep the lions share, we receive an agreed split. You keep 100% of any cash sales that are made.
You can also make free early repayments by bank transfer or debit card through your online account.
What happens if I miss my repayments?
We do our best to provide funding and make such decisions responsibly and encourage you to ensure that you can afford repayments before taking business funding. However, if circumstances change and you have difficulty making repayments get in touch with your relationship manager. They will try to help you get back on track.
What products do you offer?
We provide working capital funding for your business to help you grow.
What industries do you work with?
We work with all industries, apart from the lending, gambling and adult industry.
Can I speak to someone?
Of course. Call one of our relationship managers on 0800 - they will be happy to answer your questions.
How would I know how much of my advance have I already paid off?
You will receive monthly updates and can always call a member of our team and ask.
